HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

• Browse the catalogue and click on the product you want

• Select the color and size and click on "Add to cart"

• A summary window will appear. Click on "View Shopping Bag" or directly "Check out"

• Enter your delivery address and payment information, and click on "Review order"

• Click on "Pay now"

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept all major credit cards, as well as other payment methods indicated on this website.

After we have verified your card details, the amount of the products you ordered will be charged according to the selected payment method. A confirmation email will notify you that the product is ready to be shipped.

You will be charged in the same currency as the prices displayed during checkout.

Your payment is completely secure and is protected by 3D Secure.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

A confirmation email with your order number and a summary of your basket will be sent to you once your purchase is confirmed.

Tracking your order

When your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive by email the necessary information to track it. You can also follow your package from your “My account”, in the “My orders” section by clicking on the number of your order

Return conditions

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns within 14 days of delivery or collection.

Before requesting a return, please ensure the items meet our Terms & Conditions.

Products must be returned in their original condition: new (with intact labels), unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return or exchange, go to your customer profile or request a shipping label via our contact form.
